Santa Fe is an amazing and beautiful place if you ever have the opportunity to go.  The food there is ridiculous.  Please see my post on The Shed.  Anyway, I was in Santa Fe for a work-related retreat and we dined at La Casa Sena one evening.  What a wonderful restaurant with authentic Santa Fe cuisine.  Although not currently on the menu, I had antelope.  I love crazy meats.
